FAQ
How do we gather?
All live sessions will be held on Zoom.
When do we gather live?
Workshops are held on Tuesdays from 4-6pm PST. All sessions will be live except for the herbal remedy-making workshop (Week 3). This one is pre-recorded so you can watch and make recipes at your own pace. The recording will be sent to you on 10/7.
Are live sessions recorded?
Yes! You will be given access to all recordings within 24 hrs of the live session.
Where do I get the herbs?
You can either purchase separately, or you can purchase dried herbs directly from Inner Space. I source organic lemon balm from a trusted supplier, bag it in a compostable pouch, and make sure it gets to you before our first session together!
Do I need anything else for the course?
The only thing you’ll definitely want to have is a way to make loose leaf tea. I also suggest having a journal, so you can write down your notes and reflections. During our second session (Week 2), we will be creating an offering for your plant ally. This can be a piece of art or a letter or a poem. If you plan on creating art, you’ll need to bring your preferred art supplies.
This is a collaborative and inclusive space for us to connect with each other, the Earth, and the forgotten wisdom within us. By joining a workshop or course, you are agreeing to be present, curious, and open-hearted. You are agreeing to co-create a safe and respectful container guided by compassion, care, and reciprocity.
Together, we’ll relearn the beautiful dance of tending to ourselves by tending to the Earth, and vice versa.
